OTRA routinely supports international organisations and the private sector for organising and facilitating (national, regional) workshops and conferences aiming at developing and strengthening response capability of government organisations as well as reinforcing relationship between public and private sectors.

Our services includes

Preparation: Definition of objectives, programmes, preparation of workshop supporting documentation and presentations, identification of key stakeholders, organisation of preliminary meetings, identification of external resources (additional facilitators) according to the event themes;
Animation of the event through presentations, videos and short exercises;
Facilitating the events, including “hot debriefing” sessions;
Reporting lessons learned and recommendations for improvements.
